About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Head of Demand Gen / Integrated Marketing to lead our demand-generation initiatives. This role involves crafting and executing digital and field marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure all efforts are aligned and cohesive. You will manage a team of three regional marketing managers (ANZ, EMEA, and NAM), while working in lockstep with colleagues in Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, NAM Event Marketing, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops.
KPIs are centered on website visits, MEL and MQL acquisition, and net-new marketing-generated pipeline creation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global demand-generation strategy.
- Work with regional marketing managers to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SEO/SEM, webinars, content/social media) to meet global pipeline and ARR goals.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to ensure seamless lead transitions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content/Social Media Marketing, Design, Customer Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops) to prioritize integrated campaigns that lead to pipeline development.
- Manage and mentor a team of high-performing, demand-focused, regional marketing managers.
- Manage Integrated Marketing budget; oversee planning and performance analysis.
- Track and report on campaign success using marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on campaign success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a senior marketing leader with a focus on demand generation.
- Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns for targeted audiences.
- Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), web analytics (GA4), SEO tools (SEMRush).
- 3+ years managing a team of 2+ direct reports.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and emerging trends.
- Experience marketing SaaS platforms to education organizations preferred.
