About the Position:

GadellNet is adding to our Sales Team and is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Directors. Your role will consist of researching and nurturing prospective clients and businesses. You will assist our Sales Directors in expanding relationships by providing detailed market analysis and sales data to help increase our partnerships. The Lead Generation Specialist will play an important role in supporting sales initiatives to drive the company's expansion efforts in the St. Louis, Denver, and Indianapolis markets. This position involves a blend of research, outreach, client profile management, and CRM management (HubSpot experience preferred). Some travel will be required to support each market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Directors in expanding our markets and nurturing new relationships with prospective clients and businesses.
  • Conduct direct and indirect outreach to prospective clients actively working on engaging new business opportunities and prospects.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to help execute sales campaigns across various channels to drive client base growth.
  • Analyze data from various sources including LinkedIn, local news articles, & directives from Sales Directors, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within marketing and product development efforts.
  • Identify and assist with establishing referral partnerships in appropriate industries.
  • Identify opportunities for GadellNet to engage with the community in our local markets, such as speaking events, sponsorship opportunities, and philanthropic endeavors to support.
  • Support and attend key networking events to drive first-time meetings and referral network opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to monitor and document changes in our target market through competitive landscape analysis.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify market trends and help provide guidance on collateral creation and implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure growth initiatives align with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales support, in a related industry is preferred. However, other relative experiences will be considered.
  • Possesses strong analytical problem-solving and time management skills and has excellent listening and communication abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented, with a creative approach to expanding relationships.
  • Flexible, hardworking and driven with an appetite for success. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong prioritization skills are a must.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining a traditional CRM process from contact identification to curation. Experience in creating workflows and sending sequences in a CRM tool to monitor and move through the opportunity funnel.
  • Proficiency in M365 and business software preferred
  • Ability to clearly communicate process and required next steps to ensure continued movement through the pipeline.
  • General proficiencies in generative AI, and the willingness to upskill on emerging AI toolsets
