Summary:
Vontive is venture-backed Fintech that has built industry leading software to streamline and simplify a large and antiquated financial market. We're looking for an experienced and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager specializing in email marketing to drive growth and lead generation across our lending brands. The ideal candidate will have a background in creating and optimizing email marketing programs to generate millions of dollars in revenue per month, ideally within the mortgage, real estate, or fintech industries. You will play a critical role in building email-driven marketing initiatives that engage real estate investors and support our sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Email Marketing Program Development: Design, implement, and optimize a results-driven email marketing program for real estate investors and mortgage brokers. Use SendGrid and Vontive's own mortgage software to manage targeted campaigns that engage mortgage brokers and real estate investors. The email marketing program may be migrated to a CRM in 2025 and you will play a key role in that business decision.
  • Lead Generation through Email Campaigns: Develop and execute email campaigns aimed at attracting real estate investors, brokers, and other stakeholders. Identify and segment target audiences, tailoring messaging and content to effectively convert leads and nurture relationships.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: While email marketing is the primary focus, you will also contribute to other digital marketing initiatives, such as managing online content and creating lead-nurture workflows that drive brand engagement and support sales.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide email-based marketing materials, case studies, and other relevant content that supports the sales funnel and improves lead-to-close rates.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Regularly assess campaign ROI to identify optimization opportunities and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, ideally within the fintech, mortgage, or lending industries.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing programs that drive lead generation and conversions, with expertise in platforms such as SendGrid and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, with a focus on email marketing, segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to assess and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to prioritize multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of real estate investing trends and market dynamics, as well as experience working with real estate investor audiences.
  • Graphic design experience.
