JOB PURPOSE:
Contribute to all training programs and participate in the development of trainees and the improvement of the technical academic program in order to meet the performance and evaluation targets. Assist in the integration of trainees in operations, first as trainees, then as an employee. Help the team in monitoring the progress of developees to avoid unnecessary delays. Ensure appropriate communication between operations and the ATA. Participate in the preparation and implementation of both ATA trainees and AD NOC employees' OJT (On the Job Training) programs . Contribute to personnel matters in the field, ensuring strict adherence to safety and administer necessary actions to safeguard all personnel, environment and company assets.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree Operations and/or Engineering qualification with the relevant theoretical knowledge in the disciplines (Operations/ Maintenance).
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
6 years of experience in a technical position (Operations and/or Maintenance).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities.
- Carry out computerized data processing and manipulation to provide Management and OJT Instructors/ site personnel with information required.
- Ensure accuracy of data provided by OJT Instructors/ site personnel and transform such data into various graphical/ tabulation presentations for further detailed analysis.
- Construct and maintain proper digital filing systems for administrating document files related to the team, including formal/official corporate documents.
- Create, modify, maintain and administer documents for official meetings with well-formatted charts, diagrams and tables .
- Coordinate with 1/T to maintain and enhance 1/T system for effective utilization .
ATA OJT Coordination
- Follow up with relevant ATA Department for rotational planning, flight bookings, transportation, CNIA (Critical National Infrastructure Authority) passes, medical validation, mandato r y safety training , and HSE inductions.
- Liaise between ATA Instructors and Senior Coordinators to prepare rotational reports and objectives for trainees.
- Assist in organizing all end-of-rotation data being uploaded into ATA recording systems - EAR, PPR and Competency Matrix completion.
- Contribute to curriculum content.
OJT Coordination
- Coordinate the participation of ADNOC Group site personnel regards to trainees ' final assessment.
- Coordinate the participation of ADNOC Group site personnel regards to trainees' final 4 months' specific project
- OJT follow-up with on-site Training Department & Line personnel.
- OJT content
- OJT centre development.
Generic Accountabilities
Supervision
- Plan , supeNise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
- Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.
- Provide input for preparation of the Department / Section budgets, assist in the implementation of the approved Budget, and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
- Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
- Implement approved Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Department / Section's work programs in line with Company and International standards.
- Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.
- Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department / Section in line with the Company Performance framework.
- Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
- Identify improvements in internal processes in line with best industry standards.
Health. Safety. Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
- Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls, applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practice.
- Provide input to prepare MIS (Management Information System) and progress reports for Company Management.
Internal
- ATA Instructors and Assessors to ensure follow-up and permanent evaluation.
- Liaise with Site Focal Points & ADNOC Group training entities to elaborate OJT training procedures taking into account all site specificities.
