Mechanical Engineer

Mission: Assistand check engineering teams in preparing mechanical lay outs, equipmentdistribution, performs equipment selection, defines bill of materials and product models configurations, also performing materials orderingfollowing project plans and schedules on medium and high complexity projects,under minimal supervision.
Performs mechanical design activities under the supervision of mechanical engineering lead orleads a Mechanical Project Engineering team in all types of projects sizes and complexities, efficiently,cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, qualitystandards, and safety requirements. Also performs on-site commissioningensuring equipment's distribution within the building as well as appropriate flow of the process.

Main Accountabilities:

Prepares and coordinate mechanical engineering drawings in collaboration with engineering specialists using CAD system. Prepares lay outs integrating several levels for material handling flow and supports BOM definition accordingly, by meeting manufacturing & customer pre-approved schedules. Provides support during site commissioning ensuring equipment's distribution and performance. Supports and propose continuous improvement of project process/product/ system design via provision of lessons learned feedback.

Delivers in house assignments as per the agreed timeline and set quality standards for 2D/3D CAD work. Follows work plans and ensures cost estimates for work within project budgets, troubleshooting and support activities.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• English proficiency
• AutoCAD and design experience
• Project management
• 3-5 years of experience
