We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Area Sales Manager to take ownership over the Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway).

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop sales and business plans with channel partners in order to achieve set targets.
  • Following up on all sales-leads, distributor performance and offers.
  • Maintaining the relations with existing local dealers & end-users in the targeted segments and maintain a feeling for the local market needs.
  • Generate sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers.
  • Visiting key account customers like construction companies, municipalities, contractors, oil & gas and mining companies.
  • Developing sales with hands-on demonstrations, trade shows and roadshow events in order to achieve targets.
  • Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems and update relevant information related to these systems.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Preferably a master degree or equivalent by experience
  • Proven sales experience in the development of a distribution network in a similar international B2B environment.
  • Native Danish speaker and fluent in English.
  • Be familiar in working with other cultures.
  • To be willing to work from Home Office.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • A technical interest would be an advantage but is not required.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and/or Norwegian and/or Finish.
