About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Specialist to join the team, working on an exciting civil construction project in Gladstone. This position offers a FIFO arrangement, Monday to Friday, with all flights and accommodation provided.  
Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.  
• Monitor and analyse project performance using cost control and scheduling tools.  
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.  
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making.  
• Ensure compliance with project control standards and procedures.  

About You  

• Proven experience in project controls within the civil construction or infrastructure sector.  
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.  
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work.
