This position will report direct to Country HR Manager with the following responsibilities:
- Administer the NOV Shared Services benefit plans.
- Responsible of talent acquisition, recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
- Organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
- Promote NOV policies and HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies related performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Organize employee performance reviews.
- Responsible to ensure the compliance related labor matters.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Coordinate the internal communication, satisfaction surveys and NOM035.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Competence in various Human Resources functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Knowledge of Federal labor law, STPS and IMSS regulations.
- Demonstrates an important level of judgment and discretion.
- Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines.
Required scholarship and certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology or industrial relations.
- Preference with experience in corporate environments.
- Bilingual English Spanish, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
