JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will report direct to Country HR Manager with the following responsibilities:

  • Administer the NOV Shared Services benefit plans.
  • Responsible of talent acquisition, recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
  • Organize training & development initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
  • Promote NOV policies and HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies related performance management.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
  • Organize employee performance reviews.
  • Responsible to ensure the compliance related labor matters.
  • Maintain employee files and records.
  • Coordinate the internal communication, satisfaction surveys and NOM035.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Competence in various Human Resources functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Knowledge of Federal labor law, STPS and IMSS regulations.
  • Demonstrates an important level of judgment and discretion.
  • Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines.


Required scholarship and certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology or industrial relations.
  • Preference with experience in corporate environments.
  • Bilingual English Spanish, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
