JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will be based in our office Jakarta Selatan, and will require to travel to our workshop at BSD (Tangerang Selatan).

Full-Time Temporary (Definite Time Employment Agreement) / Contract thru our 3rd party (Outsource)

Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain accurate tax invoices on a daily basis.
• Oversee daily tax-related transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain and monitor financial and tax audit requests efficiently.
• Address and resolve tax-related disputes in collaboration with operational and finance teams.
• Conduct thorough month-end tax reconciliations to ensure all records are precise and up-to-date
• Communication to tax office for any tax audit clarification.
• Maintain tax related documentation
• Communicating to the related operation team for any new tax regulation
• Understand on the tax related application for tax filling
• Prepare on monthly and tax filling requirement.
