Contract and Pricebook Analyst

In this role You will:

  • Maintain and update master data for Material Masters, Service Masters, Catalogues, and Supplier Contract Agreements
  • Ensure data is accurate, compliant, and consistent
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to enhance performance and compliance.
  • Maintain price details and conditions for direct materials in SAP
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance key performance indicators.
  • Manage invoice price mismatches and coordinate with supply chain plants for product costing and transfer pricing
  • Ensuring materials do not duplicate existing records within Downstream Procurement databases

What You will need to be successful:

  • Fluency in English
  • Excel knowledge is a huge advantage
  • Recognized professional qualification in business / finance or similar field
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on client responsiveness
  • Good understanding of ERP/data warehouse applications would be a plus
