- Managing and controlling project cost, from budget planning to cost analysis and forecasting.
- Developing and implementing cost control procedures and policies.
- Providing cost analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project cost is controlled and monitored effectively.
- Working with SAP and CMS to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Mentoring and training junior team members.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Over 10 years of project control experience, with a focus on cost control.
- A degree in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying.
- Experience working with SAP and CMS.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- The current right to work in Australia.
