Job Opportunity: Fabrication Supervisor (Contract)

Contract Details:

Role Overview:
Airswift are seeking an experienced Fabrication/Welding Supervisor to oversee the fabrication of Monopile Foundations for an offshore wind project. This position involves ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery, contributing to a one of the biggest Offshore Wind projects in development

Responsibilities:

• Supervise fabrication processes for project components.
• Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections, training, and contractor supervision.
• Collaborate with teams to meet project goals and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Welding Inspector (essential).
• Preferred: IWI certification, NDT Level II/III, FROSIO or NACA
• Degree in civil or mechanical engineering (preferred).
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant site experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Completion of all necessary safety training.

Preferred Experience:

• Fabrication yards, pre-assembly, or construction site operations.Ideally for Offshore Wind Foundations
