Cost Control Engineer

SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.
Position
The candidate will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and controlling the costs associated with the project.
The candidate shall carry on the following activities:
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineer
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position in Oil & Gas sector for a Cross country Pipeline project.
- Strong analytical, interpretive, organizational and problem solving skills
- Good Knowledge of Excel

- Monitoring and controlling cost activities through all phases of project lifecycle
- Ensuring that cost reports are delivered on time and within the guidelines of the project controls processes and procedures
- Liaising with engineering, procurement and construction functions, and others as required, to maintain awareness of project activities and their impact on the project budget
