Your role and responsibilities
Job Description: • Functions as a member of an area team that is directly responsible for efficient productions of quality products in the required quantities. • Load and prep stators for the TTX oven process. • Unload and burnish the stators after the TTX process and distribute to carts as needed by area/department. • Will be required to learn and assist with other jobs within the Stator department, such as shove, box, and expedite. • Monitor control panel and change out varnish trays and other various tasks. • Read and comprehending diagrams. • Requires basic computer skills and ability to use/learn Shop Floor Display system. • Requires an understanding of flex flow and day and rank system and able to comprehend all written instructions. • Ability to do defect free work and meet minimum production guidelines for the area. • Communicate with other operators or supervisors to discuss any part or equipment defects. Identify and order appropriate supplies, parts, and tools as needed. • This job requires strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills to support site objectives. Production operators will be trained to perform task/jobs in other areas of production. • Place safety in the workplace above all else and follow safety guidelines along with reporting safety issues. • Daily housekeeping. • Work overtime as needed. • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the role
- Education and Experience Needed:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 Yr of Industrial type experience or military service or in lieu of industrial experience will consider vocational/ technical high school and technical college courses or 3 months previous motor manufacturing experience.
- Previous motor experience preferred.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Candidates must have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the United States

- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this rule.
- Working overtime is an essential function of this role.
- Physical Demands:
- Requires repetitive lifting, reaching, pulling, grabbing, bending, pushing and twisting motions.
- Able to push buggies with parts/motors using 80 lbs. of initial force to move it, with 25 lbs. of sustained force to keep it moving.
- Operator will constantly grip various sizes of hot components.
- Lift 35 lbs. consistently.
- Work well with others.
- Understand and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operator will constantly use fine finger manipulation to accomplish tasks.
- Able to work 40hrs a week and required overtime and weekends when needed.
- Ability to think independently while successfully functioning in a team environment.
- Able to perform task in a manufacturing environment.
- Standing on concrete floor.
