This position reports to
Sales Manager (Channel Manager)
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will create end user acceptance and specification offering with Consultant's & Target Industries for Installation Products. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. You will be mainly accountable for: • Creates plans and ensures implementation of marketing strategy of the ELIP product range. • Responsible for achieving key targets (e.g. volume, price, and mix) for the segment(s) in the specified markets. Creates detailed business plans, implements with regular follow-up. • Monitors market trends and recommends adjustments for the strategy and plans accordingly to changing market and competitive landscapes. • Responsible for the sales number working directly with Contractors, Consultants, Electrical Wholesalers by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to the marketplace. • Drives sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for customers.

Qualifications for the role
- Strong Electrical background with proven sales experience in the Irish Marketplace.
- Knowledge and experience of dealing with electrical and mechanical consultants/ contractors
- Be able to deliver technical and product presentations to potential clients.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills with a solution focused approach.
- Be computer literate to prepare offers and manage internal ABB processes.
- Full clean Irish driving license.
