We are seeking a Package Lead to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major project in Paris, France.

Role Overview

• Oversee compliance and conduct, ensuring adherence to company's Code of Conduct and HSSE regulations.
• Manage and coordinate the BROWNFIELD team, providing support and direction to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and manage necessary engineering studies, ensuring they meet project requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the BROWNFIELD package.
• Apply contractual strategy and establish contracts related to the package.
• Monitor and control contractor performance in areas such as H3SE, QA, and costs.
• Deliver and handover equipment to operation teams with required quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage budget for the BROWNFIELD package.
• Ensure timely reporting on progress and concerns to project management.
• Manage interfaces with other project packages and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of all documentation produced.
• Gather lessons learned and provide feedback to other entities within the company.
• Oversee all phases of BROWNFIELD system development, ensuring compliance with project specifications and H3SE standards.
• Maximize project value by optimizing quality, productivity, and reducing investments.
• Ensure BROWNFIELD system is fit for purpose, operable, maintainable, and reliable for field operations.
• Regularly update risk register and implement mitigation actions.
• Implement Nigerian Content Plan and motivate contractors to recruit and train Nigerian nationals.
• Report to project management and handle communication with partners and authorities regarding BROWNFIELD system matters.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in English.
• 10-15 years of managerial experience in Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Construction Site Management, Construction Management, and HSE.
• Optional: Experience in H3SE, Contract Management, BROWNFIELD System Development, Engineering Studies, Technical Documentation, Compliance and Conduct.
