Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and provide specific, end-to-end Information Systems (IS) solutions/services within the defined scope. Each day, you will execute the IS solution/service delivery utilizing the internal IS delivery units, IS Operations team members, and external third-party IS service suppliers in a "core and flex model," as advised. You will also showcase your expertise by providing consultation, input, and resolution for any incident, change, or project which has/might have a major impact on the relevant IS solutions/services. The work model for the role is: Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: User training and support: Conducting training for end users on various applications and systems. Providing technical support and problem solving for user requests. Management of O365, SharePoint and Outlook: Manage and maintain Office 365 services, including SharePoint and Outlook. Support in the implementation and optimization of these platforms. Power Platform: Development and management of solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Support in the automation of business processes and the creation of reports. Special Applications: Management and support of specialized applications such as e-signature tools, telephony clients, access control systems, and video surveillance. Ensuring the integration and smooth functioning of these systems. Mobile Device Support: Support and management of mobile devices, including iOS and Android. Providing technical support and problem solving for mobile devices.

Qualifications for the role
- Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in dealing with O365, SharePoint, Outlook and the Power Platform.
- Knowledge of mobile device management for iOS and Android.
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with users.
- Problem-solving-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team.
