This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within a designated division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. You will be mainly accountable for: 1. Orders: According to the needs of the business department in charge, engage in the sales of products and solutions in the market to achieve business goals; 2. Customer Relations Establish and maintain effective customer relationships, understand customer needs, actively promote full-product line solutions to customers, especially localized new product solutions, and ensure a good customer experience; 3. New market opportunities Identify and drive new market opportunities, identify sales opportunities for electrical auxiliary materials and promote related products and overall solutions to customers. Improve customer application technology analysis technology trends and innovations; 4. Day-to-day management Manage day-to-day sales behavior, provide management of sales process, support project management activities and collection work, etc.; 5. Channel development and management According to the characteristics of the product, develop sales channels, and cooperate with the channel management team to do a good job in daily channel management

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering (electrical or electromechanical major is preferred);
- Have more than three years of relevant electrical and related industry or post work experience, strong sales ability, experience in automation equipment and electrical auxiliary materials and related application knowledge;
- Passionate about sales;
- Have strong learning ability; Customer-oriented; Have a strong sense of responsibility and pay attention to personal integrity;
- Self-motivated, self-motivated, with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- result-oriented; Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, diligent and practical, strong learning ability, able to adapt to long-term business trips
- Ability to work independently under high pressure
