Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Smart Power division at Faridabad, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area. • Leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model). • Overseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team. • Defining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance. Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in our sales function in switchgear market
- You have 8 to 12 years of experience in selling LV Switchboard Panels - PCC, MCC, IMCC, PMCC, 415 Volt
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of low voltage product portfolio
- Degree in Electrical engineering
- You are at ease communicating in English
- Willingness to travel across North India (80%)
