Job Summary:

As Order Administrator, key in orders into ERP system and communicate with related teams to solve any order unclean encountered during order entry, in order to meet customer's requirements, to support daily order processing and business growth. At the same time, keep good level of performance in term of order entry quality, speed and productivity.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Enter order booking summary and details into JDE/Oracle system and at the same time, meet requirements in term of quality and speed;
• Clarify unclean with Inside Sales & Commercial & Contract Admin teams;
• Solve entry issues through communication with IT, PCS, ITC and Checkpoint teams;
• Run BOM list in JDE if required from buyer;
• Update End-user/Customer information to maintain ERP customer data base.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University graduated from English, Logistic, Business or related major.
• Good English skill in both reading and writing.
• Skilled in Microsoft office software.
