Are you ready to take on the role of Piping Designer III for our client, a leading company in the oil and gas industry? As a Piping Designer III, you will play a crucial role in creating and revising piping drawings, providing design assistance, and tracking progress for current and future projects. This is a full-time contract position based in Old Ocean, Texas, with a duration of 06-01-2025 to 09-01-2026.

Role Overview

• Creating and revising Piping drawings throughout the design and MOC processes
• Assembling Piping design packages that will be utilized for construction purposes
• Providing design assistance throughout all phases of projects
• May be required to work overtime to meet project demands
• Tracking and reporting progress for current and future Piping Projects

Skills & Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Piping standards, methods, and practices
• Experience with utilizing 3D modeling and point cloud workflows
• Must be able to work safely in an office and refinery environment
• Must be able to perform field walk downs
• Must be able to work both individually and on a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

• AAS Degree or 2+ years of equivalent craft / designer work
