Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid This role is contributing to the Industrial Automation team in Bangalore region. You will be mainly accountable for: • To plan, monitor and drive SW development project with a dedicated team • Identify and translate Market and Product requirements to SW requirements • Analyze and gather customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions • Work with Project Managers to define scope, features and estimates for new projects. • Plan project activities with local and remote teams. • Should have hands-on experience in building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps • Should have familiarity with Databases. • Experience/familiarity with Windows Install Tools like InstallShield/WiX will be an added advantage. • Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work. • Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them. • Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them. • Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.

Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in Visual Studio C++, ATL/COM, MFC, Windows SDK and the PAEN market
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in C++ ATL/ COM with minimum 5+ years of experience in windows application design and development.
- Expertise in setup CI/CD pipeline from scratch in Azure DevOps/TFS
- Deep knowledge of Object Oriented programming, Design Principles and Design patterns
- Experience in creating High level design documentation for product
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of windows application development with C# .NET,.Net Core and handling of tools like WinDbg, XML operations handling
- You are passionate about lead others to get the most out of the team as a whole.
- Degree in B.E / B.Tech / MCA with 60% and above
- You are at ease communicating in English
- You should hold India specific Visa and work permit
