We are currently seeking BMS - Sr Program Specialist who will be responsible for the successful delivery of their assigned projects. This requires preparing, planning, executing, and controlling all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the project team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).The key to this role is:1. Being able to work in a flexible and nimble working environment
2. Understanding the concept of building services

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule, and budget
• Ensures delivery of project is on time, within scope with zero or positive deviation.
• Manage the contractual requirements of the project to ensure Honeywell's exposure is minimised and controlled through timely responses and internal escalation.
• Maintain customer satisfaction at target levels
• Developing trust and managing the relationship with customers and Satisfaction ensuring a shared understanding of key issues between all parties is maintained
• Controls cost and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods, standard processes, and engagement of 5upply Chain team.
• Devising and implementing risk management programs and ensure proactive risk mitigation strategies are implemented and communicating these to management on a regular basis
• Ensure all projects follow the relevant project procedures
• Undertake detailed planning and scheduling of the project and manage resource allocation
• Identify skill-gaps and actively seek appropriate training and peer to peer learning far your project team members.
• Ensure the Project Team adheres to the high standards of Health and Safety management required by Honeywell and our customers
• Responsible for a maintaining the project Safety Plan and EH&S responsibilities within the team
• Ensure fire and security industry codes and standards are upheld.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management are preferred or more than 10 years PM experience
• Further education in management or project management would also be advantageous.
• Baseline essential, NV 1 preferred
• Able to hold/Maintain Government security
• Security experience preferred

• Requirements Management & Fulfilment, Planning/Estimation
• Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis
• SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule
• Demonstrate knowledge of Earned Value Management
• Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
• Risk Management (Identification & Mitigation)
• Cross Functional Communication with program team/sponsors
• May perform the role of program's risk process manager
