We are inviting you to apply for the Central Utility Plant Operator / HVAC position. In this role, you will be responsible for all maintenance activities, while assuring an adequate supply of resources are always available to provide for the safe and efficient operation of the resort. You'll assure the plant's utility equipment operates to its highest potential while remaining in compliance with applicable safety, environmental and corporate requirements.Additionally, you'll oversees the operation, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of the Central Utility Equipment Systems e.g., air compressors, boilers and associated waste systems, chillers, cooling towers, piping infrastructure and water treatment systems. You'll make certain that theoperation, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of the HVAC equipment e.g., fan coil units, electric unit heaters, variable volume terminal boxes, fans, air handling units, heat recovery units, hot/chilled water heat exchangers, and pumps meets Kalahari standards.

We require that you have background, consisting of three to five (3-5) years of increased responsibilities and diverse experience in CUP Environments.
