Global Marketing Lead Traction
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, working within the Division Traction Marketing Team, you will plan and ensure implementation of marketing strategies to strengthen the positioning of our business in the electrification of railways and off-road vehicles. You will also act as a project manager for trade shows and different marketing activities. You will be mainly accountable for: • Developing and execute marketing strategies and activities for specific product lines and market segments in collaboration with Sales and Product Management • Set up and monitor the performance of the marketing plans execution, defining corrective and improvement actions when needed • Supporting sales organization in driving sales of respective products, providing relevant materials to them • Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team • Understand and analyze the customer journey, identifying opportunities to develop and improve existing or new touchpoints • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to generate campaigns and lead generation initiatives • Create and maintain collaboration opportunities with other functions or businesses, in alignment with division and business area strategy

Qualifications for the role
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing working with a technical portfolio is required
- Prior knowledge of marketing automation tools and practices, preferably in Salesforce Pardot
- Familiarity with traction solutions or similar is an advantage
- Team player with openness to work with people with different background, expertise, experience
- Ability to manage stakeholders in various functions and seniority levels
- Self-driven and able to set up your own goals and targets
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional German skills are preferred
