We are looking for a passionate and driven Team Lead (m/f/d) Global Brand Services to join our company in Potsdam. In this exciting and responsible role, you will build a new team from the ground up and make a key contribution in shaping its strategic direction. You will manage and coordinate all brand design-related requests, ensuring brand-compliant design solutions with your team, while collaborating closely with E.ON SE.

The role

• Manage the Global Brand Services team, including the recruitment, on-boarding and further development of the team.
• Coordinate, process and review all brand-related inquiries to the Global Brand Service Desk together with your team, ensuring compliance with E.ON brand guidelines - both internally at E.ON and by external service providers such as creative agencies.
• Take over design tasks such as image editing and retouching, the creation and preparation of image data, the design and editing of illustrations, icons and graphics, as well as creation for layouts and editorial content for print and digital.
• Work closely with the Global Brand Team at E.ON SE and other specialist departments such as Legal and Corporate Communications.

Your background

• A degree in Communication Design or a similar qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a leadership role in design, preferably on both client and agency side, with strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills.
• Very strong 'customer first' attitude.
• Expert use of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and MS Office (especially PowerPoint); experience with JIRA and motion design is a plus.
• Proven experience working with complex stakeholder structures and in multicultural environments, backed by excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High motivation, flexibility, decisiveness, assertiveness, and a passion for inspiring others.
• Fluency in both English and German, written and spoken, and willingness to travel regularly.
