We are looking for an Innovation Researcher to join the Honeywell AerospaceInnovation team to conduct customer-centered research. This role will gathercustomer insights / inputs through research, voice of the customer (VOC), andmarket information, and translate it into problem statements to inform newproduct opportunities and strategies. This role will design and execute avariety of research studies, and deliver customer-focused insights to guide ourinnovation process. The innovation researcher will report to the Sr Director ofInnovation and collaborate with product, strategy, sales, design and marketingteams to develop tactical plans to continuously identify new businessopportunities.

Ideally, the candidate for this role will have experience doing marketresearch and direct input from Aerospace customers, possibly in an engineering,program management, or sales role.

This role will support all of the SBUs within Honeywell Aerospace.

You will report directly to our Director Offering Management and you'll workout of our 1944 E Sky Harbor Circle, Phoenix, AZ location on a 3/2 hybrid workschedule. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Inform new product strategies through qualitative and quantitative research
• Identify new growth opportunities, unmet needs, pain points
• Execute research studies including interviews, concept tests and field studies
• Articulate value creation by segment & persona
• Develop new product initiatives
• Manage stakeholder relationship to define research goals
• Develop research methods and requirements
• Recruit, schedule and manage customer relationship
• Support sketching, prototyping and refinement of concepts
• Drive sales & marketing partnership
• Network within internal organization & industry

• 5+ years of experience in a research-centered, marketing, sales, strategy, or similar role
