Title: Strategic Procurement Specialist (Renewable Energy)

Location: Northeastern Region, USA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
• The Strategic Procurement Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimizing procurement processes for renewable energy projects.
• This includes building strong relationships with suppliers, conducting competitive bidding processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to procurement policies.
• The role requires collaboration with engineering, construction, and operations teams to align procurement strategies with project needs while maintaining market awareness to address supply chain challenges.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a proven record of success in procurement or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with renewable energy equipment and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts.
• Ability to analyze design, development, and construction documentation for procurement purposes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Working knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and quality assurance processes.

Desired Skills:
• Experience with procurement and inventory management systems, such as Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement and IBM Maximo.
• Knowledge of supplier diversity practices and sourcing strategies.
• Capability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and vendor management processes.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$73500K-$105000K
