Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the strategic planning and coordination of IT projects and service portfolios to drive business success. You will oversee related programs and projects, manage interdependencies, and implement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes and benefits. You will enable the bridge between strategy and execution. The work model for the role is Hybrid. This role is part of the IS Services Globally. In this role, you will: • Strategically manage the portfolio of IT programs and projects to meet organizational goals. • Ensure IT portfolio is balanced and aligned with strategic priorities, risks and available resources. • Identify, prioritize, and plan initiatives to align with the business needs. • Establish governance frameworks and criteria for prioritizing and selecting IS projects and programs • Coordinate interdependencies and resources across the portfolio to optimize outcomes. • Effectively monitor and communicate portfolio results, progress, and associated benefits to stakeholders. • Provide transparency into the portfolio's budget and ROI, delivering actionable financial insights and proposing optimizations based on forecasts to maximize value and efficiency. Accountable for processes, metrics, and audits • Engage and influence senior managers to ensure the portfolio in their own area of responsibility delivers the agreed business objectives by planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on activities to ensure it contributes to the overall achievement of the strategy.

Your role and responsibilities

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management or program/project management.
- Proficiency in financial management, resource planning and risk assessment within IT environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Significant experience and deep understanding of demand management, portfolio management and project/program management. Exceptional ability to manage complex interdependencies and drive successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate benefits and progress to stakeholders.
- ITIL 4, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, PMO, PfMP, PMP, PgMP certifications are an additional asset
