Your role and responsibilities
As Integration Manager for the Division or Global Product Group strategic M&A, this position will lead and drive the integration of new business acquisitions into the Division or Global Product Group and infrastructure to ensure maximum value is captured and preserved. The Integration Manager is supporting the business leaders in merging organizations and establishing processes and best practices in the existing and acquired organization. You will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial and business data and processes in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions. Furthermore, you will be driving and supporting value chain optimization across the existing and acquired organization to maximize efficiency and net income of the Global Product Group or Division. The work model for the role is: hybrid ; #LI-Hybrid You will report to the Global Product Group Manager for Renewables. ***The ideal candidate is based in Southern/Western Europe (e.g. Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy or France).*** Willingness to travel is required (around 50% at the beginning). You will be mainly accountable for: • Integration Process Leadership: Leading, planning, and executing the integration process to ensure business continuity and minimal disturbance. • Change Management and Communication: Managing change activities and ensuring timely, relevant communication to all stakeholders. • Coordination and Support: Overseeing and coordinating the activities of both internal and external re-sources allocated from support functions and business areas to the various work streams necessary to ensure a smooth integration, e.g. Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Information Systems, Legal, Quality and Operational Excellence, Communications, Technology, Service, SCM, Operations and Testing etc. • Reporting and Best Practices: Providing regular progress reports, escalating issues, developing and sharing best practices, and ensuring proper organization and development of the team.

Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large global / regional business environment, preferably in the Power Electronics or Renewables industries.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Project leadership experience for large and complex projects is required, preferably in M&A integration
- SAP integration or project work experience is required.
- Back-end oriented experiences in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Quality and/or Service are required.
- Strong business acumen and a broad industrial market / customer appreciation to enable outside in thinking and acting.
- Solid Project Management and Business Transformation experience.
- Track record of execution and delivering results in international environment.
- Recognized as great team player and appreciated for Leadership, excellent collaboration, communication and business partnering skills.
- Willingness to travel weekly is required, relocation willingness in Europe is a plus.
- Fluent in English language skills, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese would be an advantage.
