Your role and responsibilities

As an IS Test, Quality Assurance Lead you will be a member of a newly forming team developing and maintaining sales configurators solutions supporting the operations and customers of ABB Electrification (EL) - Distribution Solution (ELDS) and Service (ELSE). You will be working in a cross-functional team which operates in an international environment. In this role you will lead and own the overall project testing strategy , tools and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of our sales configurator tools. You will work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and execute comprehensive test strategies. Responsibilities: • Design, implement and own the project testing strategy, framework and toolset • Working with agile team to generate, execute test plans, test cases based on the stakeholder and IS needs • Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics • Responsible for defining IAT and UAT test sessions and reporting progress and quality of product before official go live • Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts and drive its integration into CI/CD pipelines • Maintaining testing environments • Supports the team in quality assurance area

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the testing domain
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience with Automated testing as part of CI/CD - Azure DevOps with Integrating automated tests in Continuous Integration and Delivery pipeline
• Experience with performance testing, identifying bottlenecks
• Familiarity with different test types: smoke, sanity, regression, integration, (user) acceptance tests; and with Software Design Patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
