Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our IT services and processes meet the highest standards. This position offers the opportunity to lead process and service quality assurance strategies, optimize IT workflows, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. If you thrive on making processes better and ensuring IT excellence, we would like to hear from you. The work model for the role is Hybrid. This role is part of the IS Services Globally. In this role, you will: • Develop, implement, and maintain IT process/service quality assurance strategies and frameworks to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality IT services, processes and solutions. • Lead the design and optimization of IT processes to align with industry best practices and organizational objectives. • Define metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented technologies and channels, sets continuous improvement on customer and consumer experiences, and ensures technology-driven value creation in business. • Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to define and document clear process workflows and process/service quality benchmarks. • Establish and manage analytics methods, techniques, and capabilities to enable the organization to analyze data, generate insights, create value, and drive decision-making. • Drive change management initiatives to embed quality and process excellence into the organizational culture. • Act as a champion for process standardization and quality improvement across IT functions. • Develop and oversee the internal consulting capability, enabling actionable insights and improvement opportunities, referencing best practices

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree or certifications: ITIL 4, Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow Belt+), are preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in IT quality management, process architecture and continual service improvement with significant leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., ISO standards, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and implement quality management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational change and embedding a culture of quality and process excellence.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and process mapping software is a plus.
