We are seeking a dynamic leader to serve as a Strategic Business Enablement Leader, directly reporting to the Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales Services within our Test and Measurement Business Group. In this pivotal role, you will act as a force multiplier, driving alignment and collaboration across our regional sales teams, global partner programs, marketing initiatives, and support and services organizations.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Academia - working with the sales and marketing team to accelerate the business unit strategies for growth in teaching and research applications.
• Software - assisting in community engagement activities, advocating internally and externally for software, and exploring ecosystem partnerships.
• Direct Channel Evolution - providing input and expertise in the rollout of new geographic sales roles, drawing on personal experience and knowledge of market and competitive dynamics.
• Select Partner Engagements - helping develop partnerships in alignment with the BU strategies for system integration and consulting.
• Assisting in local indirect channel relationships.
• Targeted Market Feedback Areas - diving deep into customer experience and platform usability for key strategic areas identified by the business units.

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You find common ground and acceptable alternatives that satisfy the needs of multiple collaborators. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• An Engineering Degree
• 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and support roles

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Previous Experience working within the National Instruments Organization
