In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Set and reinforce Emerson values, including expectations for a safe work environment
- Understand skills, knowledge, and talent required for success
- Establish expectations and communicate performance standards
- Ensure alignment of global supply chain processes and objectives across world area
- Support Site SPE Leaders to ensure resources are available to meet SPE Strategic Plan objectives
- Create development plans to ensure ready replacements and career paths to retain talent
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Lead regional organization review, budget planning, and salary planning processes
- Support the development and implementation of global processes and solutions to achieve SPE objectives
- Guarantee quality and short lead-time at launch
- Establish goals and drive actions to improve quality and lead-time performance of external suppliers
- Optimally drive and handle key performance metrics
- Ensure procedures, forms, work aids, and training plans are current and accessible to team
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar subjects.
- A minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Design, Supervision.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities, organize resources, and lead multi-functional teams to solve problems and deliver business results.
- Able to travel domestically or internationally as required.
- Proficiency in English is required
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, process auditing, Lean, Six Sigma and problem-solving tools is a plus.
