Job Summary:

Function as a Quality Foreman for the coating plants.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:

• Check calibration, tests, quality processes and requirements, customer requirements and operational application and record results
• Check conformity to SOP guidelines or customer specification in all operational. Ensure it is reported to QC Supervisor if any and assure corrective actions are implemented.
• Develop Work Instruction as required.
• Distribute Work Instruction accordingly.
• Monitor production and inspection.
• Monitor and requisition calibration.
• Control Re-processed pipes, spools, and fittings (NSC Reports - closing out).
• Provide inspection Support as required.
• Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures.
