The Demand Generation Manager will generate demand that converts to leads, opportunities, and revenue for Forj. Owning programs that form our demand generation strategy, the Demand Generation Manager will attract and convert our audience through web and digital channels in the early phase of our client journey. This is a new role at Forj at a very important part of our scaling journey. Our marketing team has always contributed to demand generation, and this is our first role dedicated to it.

In this role, you will specialize in:
  • Planning and executing our demand generation strategy and campaigns.
  • Defining and building our SEO, paid search and paid social strategies to achieve our brand and revenue goals.
  • Raising brand awareness of Forj's brand in our target market's digital landscape.
  • In partnership with our Marketing Manager, developing high-impact B2B demand generation programs to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Expertly applying our Hubspot CRM and working with GTM leadership to understand, report and analyze the data that drives our new business.
  • Ensuring the demand generation engine feeds lead generation to meet targets such as new business inquiries, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
  • Working closely with the CMO and product marketing to identify and leverage buyer journey assets, messaging, and content in demand gen campaigns.
  • Aligning with Sales for top-of-funnel inbound and outbound programs.
  • Having a deep understanding of our target market, audience segmentation strategies, and buyer journey mapping.
  • Communicating and coordinating plans with other stakeholders and document plans for visibility across the organization.
  • Planning, maintaining, and optimizing campaigns throughout the year in line with product and growth marketing.
  • Working directly with the CMO to build our first ever marketing innovation lab to learn more about adjacent market opportunities.

We are looking for someone with:
  • At least 3 years experience in a marketing related role, 5 years will be beneficial
  • Certificate in marketing or related field, post-secondary degree preferred
  • Experience in a growth-stage SaaS organization preferred
  • Ability to write and communicate effectively and creatively
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • Ability to build relationships through social skills and friendly disposition
  • Detail oriented with solid organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work with short and strict deadlines
  • Strong systems proficiency with the capacity to learn and utilize other software platforms to enhance marketing efforts
  • Technology expertise in Hubspot
  • Technology experience in LI Ads, Google Ads, SEM Rush, and ability to quickly learn others
  • Analytically minded with experience with online analytics tools/dashboards and KPI tracking
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours occasionally as required
  • Anticipated travel of 10-20% domestically

This role is remote and ideally located near the Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI area to enable occasional in-person collaboration opportunities. Relocation support is not available.
