If you share our passion for driving the transition to a low-carbon future, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a Project Talent Acquisition to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term employment contract.
About the Job
Execute recruitment efforts for designated projects, ensuring that the organization attracts, selects and hires the best talent in line with project timelines and requirement.
• Manage the full recruitment process for project specific-roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and project lead to ensure alignment of talent acquisition with project needs.
• Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and industry contracts ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and headhunters as needed to expedite the hiring process for critical and specialized roles.
• Ensure all recruitment activity comply with companies policy and legal requirements, providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and challenges.
• Ensure positive candidate experience by managing the recruitment proce smoothly representing companys values and culture.

About You
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related course.
- 8 to 10 years experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in project-based hiring.
- Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
- Strong sourcing and networking skill, able to identify and attract top talent.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Prior experience and background in recruitment firms and headhunting environment will be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate and coordinate efficiently in project environment.
- Dynamic, independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
