This position reports to
LVS local Sales & Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for: • Selling LVS systems to customers, focusing on volume = assigned sales budget. 10M$, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions. • Establishing and maintains effective (customer, consultant, end user) relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB's complete LVS systems offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution. • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. • Preparing sales plans using ABB authorized tools. • Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s), in case of any potential order shortfalls. • Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques. • Communicating to the customers about the details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy. • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. • Identifying and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. • Preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager. • Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.

Qualifications for the role
- Good Background of ABB Structure. Good Knowledge of ABB Products.
- Good Knowledge of Infrastructure segments
- BSc. degree in Electrical Power Engineering
- Professional experience of 5+ years in Sales with experience in Infrastructure water & wastewater segment.
- Strong relations with the customer, consultant & end users of the segment
- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, leadership capabilities, negotiation, presentation & communication skills. General Sales Practices
- Channel Sales, Portfolio Management, Business Strategy, Regulation & Legal Compliance, Budget & Performance Targets, Account Management, Contract & Risk Management
