What You'll Be Doing

As our Lead Wastewater Process Engineer, you'll be Triplepoint's go-to expert on wastewater treatment processes, especially in biological treatment and MBBR technologies. This is an onsite role where you'll lead complex projects, work closely with cross-functional teams, and help shape our R&D efforts.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Become the top resource on wastewater treatment within Triplepoint, staying updated on industry advancements to develop the most effective solutions for our customers.
• Project Leadership: Lead wastewater treatment design, optimization, and implementation, collaborating across departments to ensure each project's success.
• Customer Collaboration: Act as the primary technical advisor, effectively communicating complex engineering concepts to clients and internal teams alike.
• Process Design: Develop tailored wastewater treatment designs, including process flow diagrams, calculations, and equipment specifications, to ensure efficient and effective treatment solutions.
• Technology Evaluation and R&D: Spearhead technology assessments, feasibility studies, and R&D efforts to drive Triplepoint's innovation forward.
• Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Oversee design reviews, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure quality and reliability.
• Training and Development: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture within the engineering and manufacturing teams.

What Your Bring

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: 15+ years in wastewater treatment process design and engineering, with expertise in biological treatment processes, MBBR, and lagoon treatment (strongly preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Skilled in R&D, product development, and pilot programs, with a curious and innovative mindset.

What We Offer

Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 USD (depending on experience), full benefits including 401k, outstanding bonus program, employee development and growth opportunities, flexible work arrangements, work from home Wednesdays, and a generous vacation and holiday package.
