JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up with employees questions regarding company policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to oversee and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Process employee data changes, including transfers, bank detail updates, and other employment-related modifications.
  • Enroll employees in insurance plans and process deletions/terminations as required.
  • Ensure all employee data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Create and maintain comprehensive employee records in the Hub system, ensuring timely updates.
  • Support internal and external audit activities
  • Help with administrative employee issues
  • Create and maintain all employee personnel files
  • Maintain all HR related reports and documentation
  • Complete employment verification paperwork and provide other administrative support functions as needed
  • Organize and follow up people engagement activities and events.
  • Perform other work related task as assigned
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.


Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Industrial Relations.
  • Preferably 1 - 3 years of experience in HR field.
  • Strong communication abilities and the capability to collaborate effectively with teams
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of integrity.
  • Working experience in Factory environment preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to communicate in English is required.
