- Follow-up with employees questions regarding company policies, procedures and benefits.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to oversee and facilitate the onboarding process
- Process employee data changes, including transfers, bank detail updates, and other employment-related modifications.
- Enroll employees in insurance plans and process deletions/terminations as required.
- Ensure all employee data is accurate and up-to-date
- Create and maintain comprehensive employee records in the Hub system, ensuring timely updates.
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Help with administrative employee issues
- Create and maintain all employee personnel files
- Maintain all HR related reports and documentation
- Complete employment verification paperwork and provide other administrative support functions as needed
- Organize and follow up people engagement activities and events.
- Perform other work related task as assigned
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Industrial Relations.
- Preferably 1 - 3 years of experience in HR field.
- Strong communication abilities and the capability to collaborate effectively with teams
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of integrity.
- Working experience in Factory environment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to communicate in English is required.
