Candidates must have:

A Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised, accredited institution.
A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience as a Civil Engineer within an oil and gas environment. 
Working knowledge of Civil Engineering packages. 
Professional qualification to at least one of the following: Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) US standard or Chartered Engineer (C.e.) UK standard (preferred)
Must be legally allowed to work in Trinidad and Tobago without requiring a work permit.
