The Department of SDC Service Operation Support, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service delivery center providing services to internal customers across the world. The main areas of responsibility are Technical Planning and Continuous Improvement Management Coordination. Continuous Improvement Management Coordination consists of the implementation of CIM Cases (upgrades) for Turbines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) projects globally
• Maintaining turbine-related data in SAP/Salesforce (Service and Construction area)
• Cooperating with various internal groups according to project requirements
• Creating reports, both internal and external
• Coming up with improvement ideas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree - in technical or administrative studies will be beneficial
• Good computer skills
• Experienced in handling different tools or systems to monitor work and documentation
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in a relevant position would be beneficial

Competences

• Team-oriented and detail-oriented mindset
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to present creative solutions and anticipate customer needs
• Technical abilities, process-oriented and conceptual thinking mindset
• Computer skills. Including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
