Completions Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible to deliver a one product or service project to an external costumer and has the accountability for the project's revenue and profitability results. Develops best practices across multiple customers or across the Business Line.
- Responsible for the overall project performance.
- Maintains a strong relationship with the relevant customer.
- Organizes project launch meetings ensuring that all requirements are completed in accordance with company procedure.
- Ensure the project is run in accordance with the project management system and procedures, establishing and aligning project specific procedures where required by contract.
- Implement project controls including contract management, claims management, risk management, and change management.
- Identify and mitigate changes to project scope via Management of Change (MOCs).
- Provide updates and project forecasts for completion of project, cash milestones, margin, on-time delivery, and resources.
- Act as main point of contact for all project administration-related tasks with customer.
- Successfully foster collaboration between engineering teams as packages and system (if applicable).
- Document opportunities for continuous improvement and lessons learned in appropriate databases for future use.
- Act as project team leader for all aspects and members of the project (engineering, project services, manufacturing, etc.) keeping a regular agenda and communication.
- 10+ years oilfield experience in MSS completions technology.
- Proven advanced knowledge of the MSS space including frac plugs, setting tools, and key competitors.
- Past MSS SLB experience of 5+ years to execute and coordinate personnel and equipment from day one.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Mechanically inclined, with past experience in TLM or related roles.
