In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Operational Excellence

• Carry out strong safety standards in the production shopfloor and daily operations
• Develop and implement production plans to meet or exceed organizational goals.
• Monitor workflows, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and operational challenges to minimize downtime.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Provide clear direction and motivation to production teams, fostering accountability and ownership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production activities with business objectives.
• Act as a role model for high performance and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Quality and Performance

• Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all products meet or exceed specifications.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance and achieve operational goals.

Continuous Improvement

• Discover ways to streamline processes, cut expenses, and boost productivity.
• Champion a culture of innovation and problem-solving to drive sustained operational improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Who You Are:

You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities. You remain energized and effective when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management, with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimization and resource management.
• Proficiency in using production management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
