- Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule constraints.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company standards, prioritising a safe working environment.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors, including procurement and contract management.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Document project activities, progress, and performance accurately and comprehensively.
- Implement strategies for process improvement and cost optimization to enhance project efficiency.
- Respond effectively to any on-site emergencies or unforeseen challenges.
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience Site Managing Fit-Out / Refurbishment projects $5m+ (Required)
- New build construction experience (Preferred)
- QBCC Site Supervisor license (Required)
- Trade qualified
- Strong communication skills
