As a HR Generalist Intern here at Honeywell, youwill play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring thesmooth operation of our HR functions within the Mexico Offices. You will beresponsible for implementing HR strategies that support business objectives,fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with regulationsand company policies.

You will report directly to our HR Director andyou'll work out of our Samara Site and on Tecnoparque Office. In this role, youwill impact the organization by effectively managing employee relations,providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and supporting thedevelopment and implementation of HR programs. You will also contribute to theoverall success of the HR team by collaborating with cross-functional teams anddriving continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business leaders to develop andexecute HR strategies that drive business results.
• Provide guidance on complex HR issues,organizational design, and development.
• Manage talent acquisition, including recruiting,interviewing, and hiring processes, to meet the needs of the buildingautomation business.
• Lead employee relations, ensuring fair andconsistent application of policies and procedures.
• Drive initiatives that promote a culture ofinclusion, agility, and learning within the organization.
• Collaborate with the HR Services TalentOperations team to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
• Support the development and integration of HRtechnology systems to improve HR processes.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to informdecision-making and report on HR performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and managerelationships with external agencies as required.
• Participate in the design and delivery of HRprograms and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Studying last semester or recently graduated of master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience.
  • Advanced English
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and with all levels of management within the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
