SPATCO is looking for an energetic 2nd Shift Dispatcher to join our team and work from home. This person will be responsible for dispatching the on-call technicians for priority calls in any and all branch and satellite locations. This position will also cross train with billing and bill calls.

• Dispatch service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
• Enter service calls into our Field Service Management System.
• Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service.
• Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from field personnel and branch management.
• Monitor service personnel in order to accurately coordinate service and schedules.
• Assist in processing and billing of service invoices.

Experience, Competencies and Education•

• Previous Office and/or Dispatch Experience Preferred.
• Must be dependable and detailed oriented.
• Customer Service experience.
• Strong communication: Must have the ability to listen and speak plainly and communicate effectively.
• Able to multitask and perform a variety of tasks effectively.
• Problem solving skills - must be able to prioritize the most important situations, evaluate and resolve issues in an efficient matter.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must also have a strong internet connection and the ability to work rotating weekends.
• Strong Computer Skills
• Ability to work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others.
