In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Preparation of month-end reports, management reports and various types of ad-hoc analyses
• Analysis of operating costs, calculation of provisions at the end of the month / quarter
• Monitoring of balance sheet and P&L accounts - detection of errors and anomalies
• Involvement in month close activities
• Maintenance of existing and development of new controlling tools
• Close cooperation with local Management Team, European Finance and Accounting SSC
• Support change initiatives, process improvements and system implementations
• Participate in the budgeting process
• Cooperate with internal and external auditors

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in work related to reporting, financial and business analysis or financial audit
• Familiar with accounting and reporting practices, preferably in an international environment
• Excellent Excel (including VBA) and Access skills
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken (English is used in daily communication)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build business relations with other departments
• High attention to details and ability to analyze large amount of data and check its accuracy

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of Oracle/Noetix, Power BI is an asset
