As Sr. Advanced Software Engineer, this critical role will beassociated with developing a tool suite for the Anthem cockpitoperationalization. At the outset, the Sr. Advanced Software Engineer will beresponsible for the design, architecture, development and delivery of aqualified checker tool. This checker tool will be built to validate outputs of"Harmonic", a tool which will be used to generate the configuration data ofentire Anthem configuration for a customer.

Configuration files, output from the Harmonic tool suite, areloadable parts with an associated part number, included in the final aircraftbuild, and make up a portion of the TSO data at both the functional andaircraft level. As such, all configuration files must be verified forcorrectness through use of qualified tooling. The sheer number of configurationparameters, quantity of associated attributes, and complexity in determiningcorrectness of data within these files requires automation through use of achecker tool, and therefore tool qualification under the objectives of DO-330.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of the design, development, and deployment of high-performance tooling and configuration verification systems.
  • Develop and test new features
  • Learn and use continuous delivery skills including the writing, and integration of Unit, Functional, Contract tests and Canary deployment strategies.
  • Diagnose and address problems

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • Extensive full stack development experience.
  • Experience with Graph Databases (OLAP, OLTP)
  • Graph Traversal and Query Languages
  • Graph Computing Frameworks
  • Transformation of textual requirements or tabled data to transfer functions or rules
  • Secure Development Lifecycle

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of Software Development experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in modern and iterative software development methodologies (Containers, Microservices, Orchestration, Cloud-Native, Test Driven and Data Development, DevOps, CI/CD etc).
  • Experience with .Net, Blazor framework and NuGet packages
  • Experience working on tools like Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo/Jenkins
  • Skills on cloud environment programming & automation, Azure and OpenShift experience is preferred
  • Experience with rules engine
  • DevSecOps
  • Understanding of Security Concepts and Security tools integration
  • Experience with Azure and Kubernetes in a production environment
  • Prior experience in Generative AI and Copilot are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
