Theposition is for Korea Business Leadership of Project & AutomationSolution (PAS). The PAS Business delivers automation and control projectsand solutions to our customers and helping them operate at peak efficiency fromDay 1. The role leads P&AS LOB to ensure HPS deliversbest in class solutions to meet customer expectations whilst achieving safety,quality, schedule and financial goals. Lead the technical execution,functional and project management disciplines necessary to enhance thecompetitive position of HPS to meet growth objectives. Leverage on stronglocal presence and capabilities to deliver and align with local customer.

Thisrole requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, focusing onsustainable business growth and execution capabilities, a profoundunderstanding of business practices, and the ability to cultivate relationshipswith ecosystem partners and customers. The role will work with sales team to exploreand develop business growth opportunities, drive strategic planning andexecution of growth initiatives.

Thisrole develops, sustains, and leverages Senior Executive relationships at theCustomer and end users ; will have Project Managers as direct reports; represents Korea in the global HON organization / Global PAS Business in the relevant Region;

Therole is responsible for delivering sustainable business results with fullAOP accountability. AOP accountability includes Orders, Revenue, Income,Cash Flow, CAPEX investments & headcount planning. Management of theproject execution and profitability; balancing business margins and operatingcosts/productivity vs. growth opportunities.

SuccessFactors for this position lies in global and local Stakeholder management;building partnerships with Finance, Legal, Sourcing ,Engineering ,Supply Chain and ISC

Theleader will be responsible for building a high-performance culture bymaking People Development and Performance Management a top priority

Responsibilityextends to ensuring adherence and project delivery according to Global Code ofConduct, Schedule of Executive Approvals (SEA), Global Project Methodology(GPM), Global Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health & Safety Policies aswell as complying with Governance and Accounting practices and processes.

• Management of the project execution and profitability; balancing business margins and operating costs/productivity vs. growth opportunities.
• Overall responsibility for Project Execution and Delivery (Cost, Schedule, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Safety)
• Responsible for monthly pulse process including forecasting of revenue and margin
• Participate and facilitate eGAP and eEAC process in accordance with HPS policies
• Plan, develop and support staffing of key personnel for the PMC organizations through a robust and effective SIOP and forecasting process
• Develop and maintain planned demand of hardware and engineering labour for the PMC projects through a robust and effective SIOP and forecasting process
• Ensure adequate monitoring of all projects in the PMC to meet delivery & quality objectives by participate in high level eEAC, monthly, deep dive and executive reviews/audits
